Description

This Tropical Strawberry Colada Cooler is a vibrant, layered non-alcoholic drink that is as visually appealing as it is delicious. Perfect for summer parties, this refreshing mocktail is made with fresh strawberries, lime juice, pineapple juice, and creamy coconut milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberries and small pineapple wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh or frozen strawberries and lime juice. Blend until smooth. If using frozen strawberries, you may want to add a bit of water to help it blend.
  2. Once blended, taste and sweeten with honey or agave syrup if desired. Set aside.
  3. In another blender, mix the pineapple juice and coconut milk until well combined.
  4. Fill tall clear glasses halfway with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the strawberry-lime mixture into the glasses, filling them about halfway.
  6. Slowly pour the pineapple-coconut mixture over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect on top of the strawberry layer.
  7. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a small pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass for a tropical touch.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavors of summer!

Notes

This drink is best served fresh for the most visually appealing layers. You can substitute the honey for maple syrup or agave syrup depending on your sweetness preference.
