This Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip turns shredded cooked chicken and a few creamy, spicy ingredients into a warm dip for a casual gathering or snack table. Everything goes into one large bowl, then into a shallow 1-quart baking dish, and into a 350°F oven.
The result is a baked dip that comes out of the oven completely heated through. Stir it, add the optional green onions and extra blue cheese if you like, and serve it warm with chips, crackers, and/or cut-up vegetables.
